Margarita machine rental FAQ

Our Party Package is $224: one 2-bowl machine, one mix, and 50 cups and straws. A machine on its own is $205, two machines are $410, and three are $615. Extra mixes are $30 each. Delivery is priced by area, from $95, and shows at checkout. Price your party to see your total.

No. We bring the machine and the non-alcoholic mix, and you provide the alcohol. Margaritas take silver or gold tequila, daiquiris and tropical flavors take rum, and most fruit flavors take vodka: 1 to 2 bottles (1.75 liter) per mix. Frosé and sangria take 2 to 3 bottles of wine (750 ml). See each flavor on our flavors page.

Margarita mixes make about 75 drinks of 8 ounces. Daiquiri, piña colada, and most fruit slushie mixes make about 50, and sangria about 60. For up to 50 guests, plan on 1 to 3 mixes; for 50 to 100 guests, 3 to 5; over 100 guests, 5 or more and another machine.

One 2-bowl machine serves up to 100 guests. For more than 100, add a machine so one can freeze while the other pours and the drinks never stop.

Each machine has two freezing bowls side by side, so you can pick up to two flavors per machine. We carry 33 mixes.

2 to 3 hours. We schedule delivery so the drinks are frozen before your guests arrive. You don't need ice.

A dedicated 110 volt, 15 amp outlet for each machine, on a circuit used only by the machine. Keep microwaves, refrigerators, and other appliances off that circuit so the power doesn't trip.

A sturdy counter, table, bar, or buffet table that holds 150 pounds or more; no card tables or folding tables. No good table? Rent our rolling machine cart for $35. It holds one machine.

Yes. Have a garden hose and a water source ready when we arrive, because we use them to set up and mix. If there's no water on site, we tell you how many gallons of bottled water to buy.

Most rentals are one day; multi-day rentals of up to 7 days can be booked online. We set the drop-off and pickup times with you at least 24 hours before your event. Same-day drop-off and pickup is available for $175.

Return unopened mixes when we pick up the machine and we refund them in full. With the Party Package, we bring a spare mix along just in case: open it and it is charged at the full mix price; leave the seal unbroken and there is no charge. Any spare mix you open is charged to your card after the event, so you may see a second, smaller charge.

Full refund of the machine rental up to two weeks before your event. Less than two weeks but more than 48 hours before, there is a 15% cancellation fee. Within 48 hours, no refund.

The Party Package includes 50 cups and straws. Many hosts bring their own; we can add more if you call.

Yes. Every mix is alcohol-free until you add alcohol, so the same machine makes frozen slushies for kids. You can run one bowl for adults and one for kids.

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. You pay in full when you book. The total adds 8.25% sales tax and a 4% technology fee for card payment, and checkout offers an optional tip.

Yes, $100, $250, and $500 gift cards for Travis and nearby counties. One gift card per order. They never expire and can be transferred.

No. Every rental is delivered, set up, and picked up by our team. The machines are heavy commercial equipment, over 150 pounds when filled.

No. Pick the final spot before we set up; once it's in place it stays there until pickup.

No. Only our mixes go in the machines, because other syrups can damage them. Unopened mixes come back for a full refund at pickup. We sell our mixes only with a machine rental; for bulk syrup, call or text us.

Yes, with a dedicated 110 volt outlet and a sturdy surface that holds 150 pounds or more. We can't set up on rock or gravel. At a public park, you need a generator of at least 3,500 watts per outlet. Mention the outdoor setup when you book.

Wet the rim with simple syrup or honey, dip it in the salt or sugar, and rotate gently. Each 4 oz package is $21 and rims about 40 drinks. Choose lime margarita salt, citrus jalapeño salt, Tajín, sweet heat sugar, chocolate sugar, or peppermint sugar. See recipes.

An optional add-on at checkout. For 10% of your order before tax (items and delivery), we waive any damage to our equipment while you have it, except intentional damage or theft.

Yes. From April 30 to May 6, 2027, a $75 surcharge per machine per day applies, because it is our busiest week. Price my party adds it when you pick a date that week.

Yes. Rentals can run up to 7 days, and each extra day is billed at the daily rate. Pick the multi-day option when you book.

On a sturdy surface out of direct sun, within reach of its own outlet. Someone needs to be there when we deliver to confirm the spot and learn how it works; it takes a few minutes.

Rinse the bowls with water before we pick up. Save leftover mix in zipper bags in the freezer, or serve it on the rocks. Unopened mixes come back for a full refund.
