We've used River City Frozen Beverages for three of our apartment rooftop pool parties and it's always a hit. The machines present well, easy to operate and taste amazing. We had one small issue, and I called Steve and he walked me through it in seconds. Really appreciated his quick response and willingness to help. We will definitely continue to use River City for all future events!

We rented a double chamber margarita machine for a resident event at our apartment complex this weekend and it was such a hit! All of our residents raved about how good the drinks were and the flavors of mixes were delicious. We chose mango margarita and pina colada but the array of flavors River City offers is quite large. Steve called before the event to help figure out logistics and ensured that we would have everything we needed for a 10/10 pool party. I would absolutely recommend them for any occasion!!!!

We recently used River City Frozen Beverages to celebrate my husbands 70th birthday. We had guests between 5 and 85 so the margarita/slushie machine was a perfect fit! The set up was simple and care free - no fuss which allowed us to enjoy time with our guests while they served themselves. Steve was a delight to work with and made the process a breeze. I highly recommend River City for any event, large or small. Truly a good time and a tasty treat!

I rented a margarita machine for a graduation party and Steve was a pleasure to work with. He is so friendly. Steve delivered the machine in a timely manner and definitely made sure we knew how to operate it. He even tested us lol. He was very punctual when picking up the machine as well. He cleaned the machine himself when he picked it up. I really enjoyed working with Steve and I highly recommend you rent your margarita machine for your next party.

We rented 2 machines for a Cinco de Mayo event at work. It was a huge hit and super easy to use. Steve was very helpful in figuring out what we needed and getting everything setup. Lots of flavors are available to choose from too!

River City Frozen Beverages provided machines for my company's annual client appreciation party, and we couldn't have been happier with the service. Booking was super easy, and the owner Steve set up the machines and trained us how to use them. And then he came back and cleaned them and took them away when we were done. It was really easy and user-friendly. And everyone loved the drinks! We will definitely be using RCFB again for all of our future events!

Steve was awesome to work with. He personally brought out the machine and showed our bartenders exactly how to use the machine. When the wedding reception was over, Steve came and emptied out the machine, cleaned it up and then packed it up and took it away. He literally did all the work and my bartenders really appreciated all his help. The margaritas were awesome and it ws a pleasure working with such a great vendor. Steve is the Best and his machines are the BEST. Great customer service. I would definitely reommend him and his machines.

Our company wanted to provide margarita machines for our Christmas party. Steve was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. River City Frozen Beverages was able to deliver one day earlier than expected and provided all the extra time and care to ensure we knew how to mix and use the machines. They went above and beyond providing smooth delivery, pick-up, and customer service. We will be using River City again for our next functions! Customer service is definitely #1 priority and it shows.

First time rental and will NOT be my last :) Rented for a kids summer birthday party and will be doing it again for “adults” soon enough. Easy set up, nice slushee drinks, good flavors. A big hit with the kids. Would recommend.

Super addition to wedding shower! rented the double and had both froze and margs! they were a hit! delivery-pick-up and ordering went very smoothly. steve was attentive and accommodating through the entire period!
