Policies
Cancellation. Full refund of the machine rental up to two weeks before your event. Less than two weeks but more than 48 hours before: a 15% cancellation fee. 48 hours or less: no refund. Unopened mixes can be returned at machine pickup for a full refund.
Rental day. Each rental is for one day. We set drop-off and pickup times with you at least 24 hours before the event.
Payment. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, due when you book.
Price questions
How much does it cost to rent a margarita machine?
Our Party Package is $224: one 2-bowl machine, one mix, and 50 cups and straws. A machine on its own is $205, two machines are $410, and three are $615. Extra mixes are $30 each. Delivery is priced by area, from $95, and shows at checkout. Price your party to see your total.
Do you provide the alcohol?
No. We bring the machine and the non-alcoholic mix, and you provide the alcohol. Margaritas take silver or gold tequila, daiquiris and tropical flavors take rum, and most fruit flavors take vodka: 1 to 2 bottles (1.75 liter) per mix. Frosé and sangria take 2 to 3 bottles of wine (750 ml). See each flavor on our flavors page.
When do you drop off and pick up?
Most rentals are one day; multi-day rentals of up to 7 days can be booked online. We set the drop-off and pickup times with you at least 24 hours before your event. Same-day drop-off and pickup is available for $175.
What if I don't use all the mix?
Return unopened mixes when we pick up the machine and we refund them in full. With the Party Package, we bring a spare mix along just in case: open it and it is charged at the full mix price; leave the seal unbroken and there is no charge. Any spare mix you open is charged to your card after the event, so you may see a second, smaller charge.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refund of the machine rental up to two weeks before your event. Less than two weeks but more than 48 hours before, there is a 15% cancellation fee. Within 48 hours, no refund.
Do I need cups and straws?
The Party Package includes 50 cups and straws. Many hosts bring their own; we can add more if you call.
How do I pay?
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. You pay in full when you book. The total adds 8.25% sales tax and a 4% technology fee for card payment, and checkout offers an optional tip.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, $100, $250, and $500 gift cards for Travis and nearby counties. One gift card per order. They never expire and can be transferred.
Can I pick up the machine myself?
No. Every rental is delivered, set up, and picked up by our team. The machines are heavy commercial equipment, over 150 pounds when filled.
How far ahead do I need to book?
Online booking needs at least 2 days' notice. Inside 2 days, or if your date shows unavailable, call or text (512) 222-7920; we may still fit you in.
How many machines do I need?
One machine for up to 100 guests, two for 100 to 200, and three for 200 or more. Four or more machines: call or text for a quote.
Can I book last minute?
Often, yes. Online booking needs 2 days' notice, and many of our parties book just a few days ahead. For anything sooner, call or text (512) 222-7920.
What is the damage waiver?
An optional add-on at checkout. For 10% of your order before tax (items and delivery), we waive any damage to our equipment while you have it, except intentional damage or theft.
Is there a Cinco de Mayo surcharge?
Yes. From April 30 to May 6, 2027, a $75 surcharge per machine per day applies, because it is our busiest week. Price my party adds it when you pick a date that week.
Can I keep the machine more than one day?
Yes. Rentals can run up to 7 days, and each extra day is billed at the daily rate. Pick the multi-day option when you book.
