Vanilla recipe and serving guide

Vanilla is smooth, creamy, and simple, like a frozen milkshake. It shines as a dessert bowl and blends well with cola or mocha.

Machine batch

Texas Blue Bonnet

In a 3 gallon jug

  • 1 bottle vanilla mix
  • 1 bottle (1.75 liter) blueberry vodka
  • 2 gallons water
  • Stir well, then pour into the machine

One bottle of Vanilla mix makes about 75 frozen drinks of 8 oz.

Grown-up bowl

Keep it a slushie. For adults, vanilla mix is the base of our Texas Blue Bonnet batch recipe with blueberry vodka.

Kids slushie

Serve it alcohol-free for a creamy vanilla slushie kids love.

Mocktail

Top the slush with root beer or cola for a float, or add sprinkles.

Rim and garnish

Rim: Peppermint Cocktail Sugar (see the rim guide). Garnish: Sprinkles or whipped cream
