How margarita machine rental works

You book online, we deliver and set up the machine 2 to 3 hours before your party so the drinks are frozen in time, you pour, and we come back to pick it up and clean it. You supply the alcohol, drinking water, a sturdy table, and a standard outlet.

1. Book

Pick your package and flavors at checkout and pay by card. We set your drop-off and pickup times with you at least 24 hours before the event.

2. Get ready

• Power: a standard 110 volt outlet on a circuit used only by the machines. Keep microwaves, refrigerators, and other appliances off that circuit.
• Table: a sturdy counter, table, bar, or buffet table. A filled machine can weigh over 150 pounds, so no card tables or folding tables.
• Water: drinking water on site to mix the drinks. No water? We tell you how many gallons of bottled water to buy.
• Alcohol: 1 to 2 bottles (1.75 liter) per mix. See how much to buy.

3. We deliver and set up

We set up the machine, mix the first batch with you, and show you how it works. It takes 2 to 3 hours or more to freeze. You don't need ice.

4. Party

Guests serve themselves. When a bowl runs low, mix another batch and pour it in. With two machines, one can freeze while the other pours.

5. We pick up and clean

We come back at the agreed time, clean the machine, and take it away. Hand us any unopened mixes for a full refund.

Cancellation

Full refund of the machine rental up to two weeks before your event. Less than two weeks but more than 48 hours before, there is a 15% cancellation fee. Within 48 hours, no refund.
