How to use the calculator
- Start with your guest count. One two-bowl machine serves up to 100 guests, so bigger parties get a second or third machine.
- Be honest about who drinks frozen drinks. At a backyard party most guests grab one; at a wedding with a full bar, fewer do.
- Count the kids. Every mix is alcohol-free until you add alcohol, so any flavor works as a kid slushie. Label each bowl so nobody grabs the wrong one.
- Round up. Unopened mixes are refunded at pickup, so an extra mix costs you nothing if you don't open it.
