Pink party theme
Plan a pink party theme with a two-bowl frozen drink machine: strawberry margarita and frosé bowls, a kids slushie, rims, food, games, and printables.
A pink party theme is all about color, and a frozen drink machine with Strawberry Margarita and Frosé in the two bowls makes the whole drink table pink. Fill one bowl with Watermelon or Cherry, alcohol-free, and kids get a pink drink of their own.
The look
Layer shades of pink: blush, bubblegum, hot pink, and coral, with gold or white as the accent.
- A pink balloon garland around the drink table
- Pink tablecloths with a gold or white runner
- Fresh pink flowers in clear vases
- Pink cups, straws, and napkins
- A dress code: "Wear pink" on the invitation
- A pink photo backdrop made from streamers or paper flowers
The two bowls
| Option | Bowl 1 | Bowl 2 |
|---|---|---|
| Pink classic | Strawberry Margarita | Frosé |
| Brunch pink | Frosé | Peach Bellini |
| Tropical pink | Strawberry Daiquiri | Watermelon |
| Two tones | Strawberry Margarita | Cherry Limeade |
Strawberry Margarita is our second most popular flavor, in about 27% of our 2025 orders.
Kids slushie bowl
Every mix is alcohol-free until you add alcohol. For a kids or family pink party, fill both bowls with pink slushies: Watermelon and Strawberry, or Cherry and Strawberry Kiwi. For a mixed crowd, keep Strawberry Margarita in one bowl and Watermelon in the other, and label both.
Rim and garnish
- Chocolate Cocktail Sugar on Strawberry Margarita for a chocolate covered strawberry taste
- Sweet Heat Cocktail Sugar on Frosé or Watermelon for grown ups
- Tajín Classic Seasoning on Watermelon for a chili lime twist
Garnish with strawberries, raspberries, and edible flowers. A pink paper straw finishes each cup.
Food ideas
- A charcuterie board with berries, salami roses, and pink grapes
- Strawberry shortcake or pink frosted cupcakes
- Watermelon wedges and fruit skewers
- Pink deviled eggs dyed with beet juice
- Pink popcorn or pink candy in jars
Games and activities
- Best pink outfit: guests vote by dropping a pink straw in a cup.
- Pink scavenger hunt: find ten pink things around the house or yard.
- Flower crown station: fake flowers, floral tape, and headbands.
- Pink trivia: questions about famous pink things in movies, music, and food.
Printables
Design a pink invitation on our party invite page. Then print:
- Bowl labels in pink: "Pink margarita (21 and up)" and "Pink slushie"
- A scavenger hunt list
- A drink menu card in a gold frame

Planning note
One machine serves up to 100 guests, and one mix serves about 20. A margarita mix makes about 75 frozen drinks, and unopened mixes are refunded at pickup, so an extra mix for a big party is low risk. We set up 2 to 3 hours before the party and need a standard 110 volt outlet on its own circuit, a sturdy table, and a garden hose.
