His and hers wedding drinks
Serve his and hers wedding drinks from a two-bowl margarita machine: one signature flavor per partner, named bowls, a kids slushie option, food, and printables.

His and hers wedding drinks are a natural fit for a two-bowl margarita machine: each partner picks a signature flavor, you give each bowl a name, and guests choose a side. It works for his and hers, hers and hers, or his and his, and a second machine adds alcohol-free slushies for the kids and non-drinkers.
The look
Match the wedding palette. The machine sits on the bar or a draped table, and the signage does the theming.
- Drape the table in your linen color and add greenery or florals at the base.
- Hang a sign above the machine: "Signature drinks" with each partner's name.
- Frame a short note under each bowl about why that partner chose the flavor.
- Use cups and straws in your wedding colors.
- Our rolling machine cart keeps the setup neat when there's no spare table.
The two bowls
Pick flavors that say something about each partner. Name each drink for a nickname, a pet, a first date, or a hometown.
| Pairing | Partner 1 | Partner 2 |
|---|---|---|
| Classic and bubbly | Lime Margarita | Peach Bellini |
| Bold and bright | Mango Margarita | Sangria |
| Sweet and tart | Strawberry Margarita | Lime Margarita |
| Beach wedding | Piña Colada | Blue Hawaiian |
| Rosé lovers | Frosé | Lemon Gold Margarita |
For example: "The Lake Travis" (Lime Margarita) and "The First Date" (Peach Bellini). See every flavor on our flavors page.
Kids and alcohol-free option
Every mix is alcohol-free until you add alcohol. Weddings run long and include flower girls, ring bearers, and guests who don't drink, so consider a second machine with Lemonade and Strawberry slushies. Label those bowls "Junior signature drinks." If you only rent one machine and many guests skip alcohol, make one partner's signature drink an alcohol-free slushie, such as Lemonade or Strawberry Kiwi.
Rim and garnish
- Lime Margarita Salt on the margarita bowl
- Sweet Heat Cocktail Sugar on mango or peach drinks
- Chocolate Cocktail Sugar on strawberry or kids cups
Garnish with fruit that matches each flavor: lime wheels, peach slices, or a strawberry on the rim. Each 4 oz rim package rims about 40 drinks.
Food ideas
- A taco or fajita bar for a casual reception
- Passed bites: mini quesadillas, shrimp cocktail cups, and caprese skewers
- A late night snack table with chips, queso, and churros
- Wedding cake or a dessert bar
Games and activities
- Pick a side tally: guests drop a cup sleeve or token in a jar for each partner's drink, and you announce the winner during toasts.
- Advice cards: set them beside the machine while guests wait in line.
- Photo moment: a framed sign that reads "Team Partner 1" and "Team Partner 2."
Printables
Create matching cards on our party invite page. Then print:
- Named bowl labels with each partner's drink and a "21 and up" tag
- A signature drink sign for the bar
- Advice cards and a tally card

Planning note
One machine serves up to 100 guests. For larger weddings, rent two or three machines and keep the same two flavors in each so the line moves. We set up 2 to 3 hours before the reception and need a standard 110 volt outlet on its own circuit for each machine. Confirm with your venue that they allow outside drink service and where power is.
